Wrose Health Centre

In December 2022 we completed refurbishment of Wrose Health Centre for the second time in 20 Years. Ironically, our Engineer who carried out the works also recalls working on the original installation during his Apprenticship.

Works comprised of lighting upgrade to LED, Emergency Lighting, Additional Small Power and Data cabling, Fire Alarm Upgrade, Nurse Call System and replacement of the Main Electrical HRC Fuse Distribution Board with a Moulded Case Distribution Board.

Saltaire Primary School

We were recently awarded a Contract to Carry out The Full Rewire of This Fabulous Victorian School - The challenge was that it had to be carried out in the Summer 2019 6 Week Holidays which was an impossible task. We have completed all essential areas which was in the region of 85 % and we will return at Half Term to Complete.

Lynfield Mount Hospital - Daisy Hill House

We Completed the Electrical Installation to Daisy Hill Housae at Lynfield Mount Hospital in July 2015.

It involved the refurbishment of a 2 storey ward block into a state of the art 12 bed Intensive Therapy Centre (ITC) at first floor and a 22 bed Dementia Assessment Unit (DAU) at ground floor.

The interiors were carefully balanced with LED lighting to provide the right amount of warm balanced lighting to the right levels of design and afford operational efficiencies.

Swimming Pool Installation in Litton - The Yorkshire Dales

The header photograph above is a Swimming Pool Installation which was completed by ourselves in 2010. The building was a disused workshop/barn which fully run down.

We carried out the full electrical Design and Installation together with a Consultancy Service on this project.

The first floor area comprises of a Steam Room with changing facilities together with a guest's apartment.

Leeds City Bus Station

We Completed the Supply and Installation of Lighting to the Main Concourse at Leeds City Bus Station in December 2011.

The University Of Leeds

We have worked at the University of Leeds for approximately 15 Years during which time we have carried out Hundreds of Jobs ranging from day to day Maintenance to Major Refurbishments. The University have Employed us on many levels ranging from Consultant to Installation Contractors.

We Completed Phase 1 of the LED External Lighting installation at the University of Leeds in October 2012. We will be commencing with Phase 2 of this installation in 2013.

The Step Forward Centre, Lynfield Mount Hospital

This is a Psychiatric Unit at Lynfield Mount Hospital and was completed in March 2012. The works comprised of a full refurbishment of existing which included the following:

Replace Mains Distribution Boards.
Upgrade Lighting to Include a Full Anti Ligature lighting system.
Upgrade Emergency Lighting Installation.
New Fully Addressable Category L1 Fire Alarm System
Upgrade Small Power Installation.
Attack Alarm system.

Kensington Street Health Centre

We completed the Refurbishment of Kensington Street Health Centre in February 2012. This was a full Refurbishment of a working Health Centre which continued to practice for the duration of the phased refurbishment. We acted as Consultants, Designers and Installation Engineers on this Refurbishment and were highly praised on Completion.

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals - The Jessop Wing

We Completed the installation of the Specialised Bedhead Nurse Call System throughout the whole of the Jessop wing in 2001.

HMS Forrest Moor

We carried out the installation of Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting throughout this Military Base which is located in a very remote location on Blubberhouse Moor, North Yorkshire.
